If a paid plan lapses, listings above your new limit are set inactive and hidden from search — never deleted. Reactivate them anytime, up to your plan's limit.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens when I hit my listing limit?
- Nothing already listed is affected — you simply can't add a new listing until you remove or sell one, or upgrade for more room.
- What happens if I downgrade or my plan lapses?
- Listings you already have are never deleted. If you're over your new plan's limit, the excess listings are set inactive and hidden from search until you reactivate them (up to your new limit) or free up room by selling or removing one.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do you take a cut of my sales?
- No. Mallow never takes a percentage of what you sell an item for — the plan price is all you pay.
